To start receiving the photos after the test, simply access your order and register a selfie (photo of only one face) and wait.

Download your photos directly through the Fotop app, in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download.

The photos can be submitted up to 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete.

After entering the breast or bike number or the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable and can only be changed before the race.

If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period

The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
